BTCCSquare news:

European aerospace giant Airbus has solidified its lead over rival Boeing by launching a second final assembly line in Tianjin, China. The MOVE comes just days after opening a similar facility in Alabama, marking a strategic push into key aviation markets.

The new Chinese facility will focus on producing A320neo aircraft, the single-aisle jets that recently dethroned Boeing's 737 as the world's best-selling passenger plane. With ten global production sites now operational, Airbus demonstrates its manufacturing dominance after delivering double Boeing's output last year.

This expansion underscores the fierce competition in commercial aviation, where production capacity increasingly determines market leadership. The Tianjin facility's location in a major Chinese port city positions Airbus to efficiently serve Asia's growing aviation demand.
